Dear Clients,

We hope this email finds each and everyone of you well. 

As Maria Mateo Law begins to take the proper steps and precautions to open our office doors to our clients, we want to share with you the steps we will be taking moving forward as we are gearing up to open on Monday, June 22nd, 2020.

First, we want to thank you all for your constant support during these challenging times. We are thankful that we are able to remain open and able to continue working with the same team. Mayra, Jessy, Kim and Dafny remain with us and are all excited to assist you all in person. 

Second, we want to share in detail the protocols we have been taking and will be taking moving forward to protect our employees and clients.

1. All clients visiting the office must first call and schedule an appointment, all clients will be scheduled within the appropriate time intervals so that we adhere with the NYS and NYC social distancing laws.

2. Please note that in order to adhere with the state and city’s social distancing laws, we are asking all of our clients to please come unaccompanied. Only the client who is scheduled will be allowed in the office.

3. We ask that all of our clients visiting our office please wear a face cover and wash their hands upon entering our office (no one is allowed in the building without a face cover).

4. We will confirm the absence of fever with a digital contactless forehead thermometer.

5. We have removed the magazines from the waiting room for sanitary measures.

6. We have marked spots in our waiting room and signs to adhere with the 6 feet distance required.

7. Only two clients are allowed to be sitting in the waiting room at once 6 feet away from each other.

8. All communication will be through our plexiglass window, until you enter the office to see the lawyer.

9. The Maria Mateo Team will be wearing face covers and protective cover (PPE) in front of all clients.

10. Our office will be disinfected daily in order to maintain a clean environment.

We ask that you take your own measures to ensure the safety of yourself, your families, and others. We look forward to continuing working with each and every one of you.

Esperamos que este mensaje los encuentre bien a cada uno de ustedes y sus familias.

A medida que el equipo de Maria Mateo Law comienza la reapertura de nuestra oficina, estamos tomando las medidas y precauciones adecuadas. Nuestra oficina reabre el  lunes 22 de junio, 2020. A continuación pueden encontrar los pasos que seguiremos en la Fase II de reapertura.

Antes que nada, les agradecemos profundamente a todos nuestros estimados clientes por su constante apoyo durante este tiempo. Nuestra meta es permanecer abiertos y seguir trabajando para ustedes. El equipo de Maria Mateo, Dafny, Jessy, Kim y Mayra permanecen con nosotros para continuar ofreciendo el mejor servicio posible. 

En segundo lugar, queremos compartir en detalle los protocolos que hemos estado adoptando y seguiremos avanzando para proteger a nuestros empleados y clientes.

 1. Todos los clientes que visiten la oficina primero deben llamar y programar una cita, todos los clientes serán programados dentro de los intervalos de tiempo apropiados para que cumplamos con las leyes de distancia social de NYS y NYC.

 2. Tenga en cuenta que para cumplir con las leyes de distanciamiento social del estado y de la ciudad, les pedimos a todos nuestros clientes que no vangan acompañados.  Solo el cliente que está programado podrá ingresar a la oficina. 

 3. Solicitamos que todos nuestros clientes que visiten nuestra oficina usen una mascarilla y se laven las manos al entrar a nuestra oficina (no se permite la entrada a nadie al edificio sin mascarilla).

 4. Confirmaremos su temperatura con un termómetro digital de rostro sin contacto.

 5. Hemos eliminado las revistas de la sala de espera por medidas sanitarias.

6. Hemos marcado puntos en nuestra sala de espera y señales para cumplir con la distancia requerida de 6 pies.

 7. Solo dos clientes pueden estar sentados en la sala de espera a una distancia de 6 pies uno del otro.

 8. Toda la comunicación se realizará a través de nuestra ventana de plexiglás, hasta que ingrese a la oficina para ver a la abogada. 

 9. El equipo de María Mateo Law usará mascarillas y una cubierta protectora (PPE) frente a todos los clientes.

 10. Nuestra oficina será desinfectada diariamente para mantener un ambiente limpio. 

Le pedimos que tome sus propias medidas para garantizar la seguridad de usted, sus familias y otros.  Esperamos seguir trabajando con todos y cada uno de ustedes.
